Application for fuel dealers to have all their data in the palm of their hand
The Reseller App was developed to allow fuel station managers to have the most important information at their fingertips, simply and immediately, even when they cannot be on-site. Through this app, the reseller will have access to financial information, such as revenue and total volume, loyalty index, behavior of attendants through goal management and reviews made by drivers, and direct contact with ClubPetro if assistance is needed!
Login:
Upon installing and opening the app, users are directed to the login screen, where they must enter their email and password registered with the Goal Management system to gain access.
Dashboard:
The dashboard immediately displays numbers related to total revenue, total volume sold, loyalty index, and the total number of loyal customers. Resellers with a network of stations can include all of them in the same app and view consolidated or separate figures.
Users can select which stations to view and the desired period.
Detailed Tracking:
Clicking on any dashboard option allows the reseller to follow results in detail. It's possible to view revenue and volume by day over the desired filtering period.
Pending Launches:
Another app feature is the ability for the reseller to have a list of all pending launches that need to be executed, showing the customer's name, purchase date, location, attendant who made the sale, and the number of points to be launched.
Inactive Customers:
At the dashboard's end, it's possible to view the number of inactive customers over 30, 60, and 90 days.
Reviews:
The reseller receives notifications of all reviews made by drivers through the driver's app and can directly contact customers via WhatsApp. This enables positive feedback to a loyal customer who may not have had a satisfactory service at the station. Besides retaining this customer, negative feedback is used for future attendant training, leading to continuous improvement. Messages can also be sent to customers who had a positive experience to encourage the continuation of practices that resulted in driver satisfaction.
The reseller can filter reviews by station, number of stars, and desired period.
Goals:
Goal management is available on the Reseller App with data chosen by the reseller for real-time monitoring. It offers a general view of the station, segmented by attendant and by goal.
The reseller can also view reports of goals achieved during the desired period.
