CP Terminal

In the challenge of improving the experience of gas station attendants and customers, I led the interaction design and user interface for CP Terminal, an innovative application that transforms the loyalty process, making it digital, fast and efficient.

Challenges and Solutions:

Intuitive Operation: I developed an intuitive interface that allows gas station attendants to carry out critical operations directly on the track, such as registering customers, checking balances, scheduling supplies and redeeming prizes. This significantly reduced service time and increased customer satisfaction.

Simplified Flows: By designing simplified flows, I ensured that the customer registration process was quick and error-free, using only the CPF and telephone number, which speeds up the process without compromising data accuracy.

Quick and Efficient Queries: I implemented a query system that allows you to quickly view your points balance, including a detailed statement of transactions, improving transparency and users' trust in the loyalty program.

Visual Feedback for Operations: To score and redeem rewards, I developed clear visual feedback that indicates success or the need for additional action, such as supply confirmation, ensuring the process is easily understood by all users.

Multi-device Adaptability: I ensured that CP Terminal offered a consistent experience on Android phones and tablets, focusing on the adaptability of the design to different screen sizes, which maximizes the accessibility and usability of the application in different contexts of use.
