As an integral part of an innovative project, I led the UX design for the "Goals Panel", a digital solution designed to optimize performance tracking and incentivize the gas station team through a dynamic system of goals and rewards.

Challenges and Solutions:

Flexibility and Scalability: Faced with the challenge of offering flexibility in managing multiple panels, I designed an interface that supports unlimited registration of panels, with the possibility of activating up to four simultaneously, and options to expand this capacity.

Goal Customization: I implemented customization features that allow managers to define specific goals, linked to products and rewards, adapting to the individual strategies and needs of each position.

Intuitive Registration and Configuration: I developed a guided registration process for new panels, which simplifies the selection of indicators, definition of goals and rewards, and the application of specific rules, making configuration accessible even for users with little technological experience.

Efficient Viewing and Editing: I created clear and intuitive interfaces for viewing and editing dashboards, facilitating access to detailed information and allowing quick adjustments to settings, which is essential for dynamic performance management.

In-depth Performance Analysis: Designed an advanced reporting system that provides detailed insights into gas station attendant performance, including goals achieved and rewards distributed, with data filtering and export capabilities, supporting evidence-based decisions.
